Andrew S. Harris was the project manager for a series of projects at the Raleigh-Durham International Airport.  They included development of the “Raleigh-Durham International Airport Noise Rule,” and the noise elements of two Master Plan Studies.  He also provided expert testimony in noise-related litigation.
