Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport (MSP), MN

Beginning in 1999, Andrew S. Harris was a member of the Expert Panel that studied impacts of Low-frequency Aircraft noise at Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport (MSP).  Harris represented the Metropolitan Airports Commission of the Twin Cities (MAC), proprietor of the airport, on the Expert Panel.  The final report on the project was submitted in 2000.

As a subcontractor to HNTB Corporation, we are providing noise control consulting to the MAC for noise issues at MSP and other airports in the MAC system.
