Denver International Airport (DIA), CO

Andrew S. Harris began assisting the City and County of Denver in 1982, when Denver-Stapleton International Airport (SIA) was the air-carrier airport for the Denver region.  He has been the project manager for a range of Denver projects: the Noise Mitigation Study for SIA, the Noise Monitoring System for SIA, the Aircraft Runup Area for SIA, noise elements of the Master Plan and environmental documents for the New Denver International Airport (DIA) and the Noise and Operations Monitoring System for DIA.  Current Denver projects include a contract for Expert Testimony in Noise-related Litigation and assistance in the FAR Part 150 Study for DIA.
