Company History

Andrew S. Harris, Inc., (ASH) was founded in 2000 by Andrew S. Harris and Katharine Culhane to provide consulting in assessment and control of airport noise. The principals are technical leaders in their fields with many decades of experience. The firm provides consulting that combines the principals’ experience with noise issues around airports and their experience in communicating complex and controversial technical and social issues to lay and technical audiences.  ASH projects address the full range of noise issues at airports. 

The firm typically works with teams consisting of several firms.  The firm’s work includes serving as the prime consultant on many projects and as sub-consultant on other projects.
